About Online Exclusive Items
This information only applies to the "online exclusive items” on our website! Please read before purchasing
-“Online exclusive items” are not on-hand, in-store and get processed & fulfilled, within 24-48 hours, directly from our vendor.
-For "local pickup" or "local delivery" orders- “online exclusive items” get shipped to our location from the vendor. They are then fulfilled by us & you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up/out for delivery. If ordering a mix of online exclusive and in-store items, we will fulfill the entire order at the same time so you only have to pick up once. Typically online exclusive items are ready for pick-up/delivery within 5-7 days. Please note: some items are not available for local pick-up. Each individual listing will specify at the bottom of the description whether it is or is not available for local pick up.
-If you choose to have your order shipped to you- your order will be shipped directly to you as usual. If ordering a mix of “in-store” and “online exclusive items,” your items will be shipped out in 2 or more packages. You will receive tracking for each package.
-Discount codes apply site wide unless otherwise stated, regardless of in-stock or online only status.
-Things to keep in mind:
- Orders can not be edited or changed once they are placed.
- Pay attention to the size guides: Every item has specific measurements in the description!
- Please see our return policy- All sale items, swim, hair accessories, baby teethers, baby swaddles & jewelry are FINAL SALE unless defective.
- Check your email: You will receive notifications regarding your order via email (confirmation, updates, and when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up).
- Pre-orders are final sale.
By partnering directly with our vendors, we are able to offer more styles and wider size ranges for you! Being a small business, I run everything out of my house & don’t have the space or budget to hold all the items that are currently offered online, as much as I’d love to! It takes countless hours checking inventory, tagging and pricing inventory, photographing each piece, & adding items to the website. We will continue to have “in stock” inventory & offer local pick up for the majority of items, whether they are shipped directly from the vendor or not. Please be patient as we are trying our best to offer as many quality items as we can & keep prices as low as possible for you! I truly appreciate every single order!
