Return Policy
AUBREY JAYMES BOUTIQUE ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
*All holiday items, swim & bodysuits, jewelry, baby teethers, pre-orders & clearance/ sale items are FINAL SALE unless defective.
Returns: We understand sometimes things don't work out! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Aubrey Jaymes gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with tags still attached for a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Shoes must be sent back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer before being shipped. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $10 restocking fee.
Shipping fees: Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for the exchange/next purchase with store credit.
If you are shipping your return back to us, please mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.
Exchanges: Aubrey Jaymes offers exchanges for the same item in a different size (we cannot gaurantee size availability). when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
We reserve the right to give partial refunds or refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. If we smell perfume or smoke, see any visible blemishes, or if we can tell the item has been worn or altered, your return will be denied and we will no longer accept returns from you.
Damaged or defective items: items may be returned by contacting us within 3 DAYS of delivery. If you have received a defective item, please email us within THREE DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
Please note: The exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These do not qualify as defects.
To start a return, please send an email to: AubreyJaymesBoutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, as well as the reason for your return. Please include any pictures if you are returning because there is a defect in your product.
Shipping
We offer USPS First Class Mail (weight-based and varies depending on the delivery zone. Usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days once shipped) and UPSP Priority Mail (Packages will typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days once shipped).
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (valid on shipping costs less than $10) with code SHIPFREE at checkout.
Shipping Timelines
All of our items* are shipped directly to you from the vendor. These are vendors we trust and love and drop-shipping allows us to offer a wider selection of items and styles, while keeping prices as low as possible and inventory fresh!
Because we work with multiple vendors, shipping timelines vary slightly by item. However, most vendors process and ship orders within 24-72 business hours after your order is placed.
*Items in our sale tab are shipped directly from us out of Manhattan, IL & will be shipped within 24 business hours after your order is placed.
Orders with multiple items from different vendors will arrive in separate packages & therefore having separate tracking numbers. Regardless of vendor, once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
