Return Policy

AUBREY JAYMES ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

*All holiday items, swim & bodysuits, jewelry/accessories, baby teethers, pre-orders & clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE unless defective.

Returns: We understand sometimes things don't work out! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Aubrey Jaymes gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with tags still attached for a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If your order was picked up in-person, items must be received back to us within 3 days of picking up.

Shoes must be sent back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer before being shipped. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $10 restocking fee.

Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for the exchange/next purchase with store credit.

If you are shipping your return back to us, please mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.

Exchanges: Aubrey Jaymes offers exchanges for the same item in a different size* when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order was delivered (or 3 days from pick-up).

*We cannot guarantee size availability

We reserve the right to give partial refunds or refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. If we smell perfume or smoke, see any visible blemishes, or if we can tell the item has been worn, your return will be denied and we will no longer accept returns from you.

Damaged or defective items: items may be returned by contacting us within 3 DAYS of delivery or picking up your order . If you have received a defective item, please email us within THREE DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Please note: The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects.

All returns are for an Aubrey Jaymes Boutique online store credit only, in the form of an e-gift card. We do not provide return shipping at this time. Please mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.

To start a return, please send an email to: AubreyJaymesBoutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, as well as the reason for your return.

Shipping

USPS First Class Mail- weight-based and varies depending on the delivery zone. Usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days.

UPSP Priority Mail- Packages will typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more

Local Pick-up

Local pick-up is available if you are near the 60442 zip code. Please choose "Local Pick-Up" at check out.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of Manhattan, IL (60442). To have your order delivered, choose “ship” as your delivery method at checkout. If your address falls within a 10 mile radius of our address, the local delivery option will be available for you to choose on the next screen.
